My business was inspired by my father, who dedicated 22 years to the military, primarily in Special Forces, including service in Vietnam. Growing up, I often felt his absence, as he was not home much. When he was, he took on odd jobs, building various projects out of wood and engaging in small construction tasks. My brother and I often served as his laborers. During high school, I learned woodworking both in school and from my father. After graduating, I joined the military, serving eight years on active duty with the 2nd Ranger Battalion and then 19 years in the Army Reserves. Following my military service, I became a police officer, serving for 25 years. I remember my father discussing his dream of starting a family business centered around woodworking. Unfortunately, he fell ill with pulmonary fibrosis due to Agent Orange exposure in Vietnam and passed away before he could make that dream happen. Upon retiring from law enforcement and the military, I decided to honor my father by opening a woodworking business for my family. My goal is to create meaningful items that can be cherished and passed down through generations.
